Eco Villaggio Verde caratterizzato da zero emissioni, gestione sostenibile dei rifiuti e delle risorse idriche Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un comparto edilizio Off- grid (nessun collegamento a nessuna rete). Alla base dell’esperimento vi è involucro perfettamente isolato, la risoluzione dei ponti termici, la ventilazione naturale e meccanica con recupero di calore, infissi d’ultima generazione, l’illuminazione al Led, elettrodomestici in classe A++, che consentono di ottenere un risparmio energetico del 90% sul fronte passivo, mentre il resto dell’energia necessaria arriva dal solare termico e fotovoltaico. Anche dal punto di vista dei materiali sono previsti materiali sostenibili (legno e fibre di legno) per abbassare al massimo l’impronta ecologica della costruzione. Anche la gestione dell’acqua è stata improntata al massimo della sostenibilità visto che viene recuperata l’acqua piovana per gli usi interni e i sistemi di gestione idrica sono ad alta efficienza. Infine è possibile trasformare il tetto in un giardino e la presenza di un generatore fotovoltaico determina l’autosufficienza energetica. Una soluzione innovativa per riprendere a parlare di edilizia sociale e sostenibile.  Il programma di sviluppo per il comparto Eco Green Village è stato sviluppato in aderenza a quanto indicato dal concorso con alcuni capisaldi: - conservazione/sviluppo delle aree verdi esistenti integrandole con i percorsi distributivi interni al comparto - smaltimento naturale (tramite doccioni e pozzi perdenti) e uso delle acque piovane (tramite Tank di accumulo) - creazione di vie pedonali e ciclabili (per incrementare la priorità dei trasporti pubblici) - basso consumo energetico per tutti gli edifici - creazione di un ambiente accogliente per famiglie e bambini Gli spazi a verde possono essere gestiti come spazi coltivati in modo comunitario e secondo metodologie permaculturali e, addirittura, spazi per oche e galline sul lato est verso la campagna.
